Note - user instructions state that you should use power setting 3 (medium) in ambient temperatures of between 15 and 25 degrees to maintain safe food storage temperatures of 0-4 degrees. Seems Dometic sent 2 to my caravan dealer on 1st June, after receiving a claim on 31 May. We complained re 2 broken shelves on 10th January!IF they arrive I will never travel with anything on the shelves. Its not worth risking them breaking again, great design Dometic! Well, after e mails to Dometic uk and Bailey I seem to be getting somewhere. I have had replies from both in a day. Yes, you can continue to return items as normal as long as you follow the government guidelines about leaving your house.Whatever kind of awning you have, be sure to take good care of it so that it lasts through many holidays. One of the best ways to do this is to wipe it down thoroughly to remove dirt and moisture before storing. On a crowded holiday park, you sometimes get a voltage drop on mains hook-ups. A supply as low as 190V will affect refrigerator operation. If cooling is disappointing on mains, reverting to gas operation may improve performance. This also applies abroad, since electrical regulations may be different to those in the UK and the supply voltage may be considerably lower than 230V. Gas operation A +1 for De-Ox powder and Gell from me for my old motorbike and other rusty stuff, however I also use Citric Acid ( the base ingredient of De-Ox ) and cheaper, it just takes a bit longer, it's none toxic and can be tipped down a drain.Get the most from your caravan's generatorIf you travel to locations where electricity hook-ups are not available, a Dometic generator can be a very welcome accessory for your caravan.
